That's to bad. It's not fair to do that to someone. I sent a RAOK on someone's BD and thought it would be a nice surprise. No response. Not even after 2 emails to see if it arrived. If that happens to anyone and you know they are in a swap drop out and say right on here that someone is in the swap that doesn't follow through. That way everyone else can decide if they want to stay in or not. Maybe they will back out instead. For the most part everyone is honest and good! A good excuse is one thing but neglect is another.
