Wolf River Apples---Now that's an Apple!

This evening my DH came home with 2 HUGE boxes full of freshly picked Wolf Rivers from his good friends apple orchard along with some pretty impressive Red Delicious apples. Looks like I will be making a lot of apple jelly over the next day or so!

Also for dessert tomorrow evening I thought I'd make some Apple Betty. Anyone have a favorite Apple Betty recipe willing to share?

I love Wolf Riber apples! They are huge! & taste great! I am wishing I had a tree right now!
