I canned 1/2 pint jars of Winter Fruit Compote last night- It contains Apples,(From my own Wolf River apple trees!) Plums (from my very own Plum tree!), Pineapple (canned), Pears (Fresh!) Peaches (Fresh!), Cherries (from canned pie filling) and just a smidge of Cranberries (Dried)!
The color is Pure-T FALL!
I tried a spoonful this morning and it is YUMMY!
This is excellent on Pound Cake, Angel Food Cake, Ice Cream--you get the idea-
Lovely.....
And, I would like to swap for any homemade Jelly or Jam-
Any takers?

Sure... Take your pick, I have jam. Strawberry, Raspberry, Blueberry, and Peach.
