Howdy fellow HOMESCHOOLING farmgirl friends and sisters!

We've been HOMESCHOOLING our two children for ten years and counting. I created this blog to PRESERVE and SHARE these last precious years of homeschooling. It's also my place to gather stories and experiences shared by YOU, my OLD and NEW homeschooling friends along the way. Whether you are just starting your HOMESCHOOLING adventure's or you're an old pro, I hope you'll join us as we continue to CREATE, live, LEARN and grow through the TEEN homeschooling years.

Hi Kristine!
I follow your blog! I have you listed as one of my Blog inspirations on my main blog. Deborah Jeans Dandelion House. My new homeschooling blog is an off-shoot of that one.

Geeze, I'm a rookie compared to you! 20 years is amazing...We know an amazing family who have been homeschooling that long as well and their kids are now second generation homeschoolers!

Thanks for stopping by.

Hi everyone!

We are in our second year of homeschooling. It is so much fun. I am sure that I am learning the most of us all. It is wild, exciting, challenging, and uplifting. We are in Pennsylvania, so we quite a lot of restriction here in Pa, but it hasn't been too difficult in our district.

Tim is in 8th grade and a budding blacksmith, biologist, and avid reader. Sydnee is in 4th garde and loves all things home. Sewing, cooking, singing, ironing, and our farming. We started a small goat farm as part of our schooling, Violet Acres, violetacresfarm.com. The kdis even have a website started. The children have at present 16 goats, a bunch of laying chickens, and a few ducks.

I am excited to share the farmgirl experience with my kids and with all of you!

In friendship,

UPDATE ON THE # OF GOATS = 25....November kids have started adding up! :O)

Hi Kristine!

I'm going to check out your blog. I'm all for homeschooling, mainly because I am being homeschooled right now! :-) I plan on homeschooling my own kids someday.

Hi all,

Terrific to see this site, my 3 kids are graduated from homeschooling; my last this year. Homeschooling was a challenging but wonderful journey that I would have not missed for the world.

Thanks Deb, it is fun as always to see other homeschooling blogs. I love the peeks into each others homes and lives.
We are in our third homeschooling year, and I have been trying to blog as well. I am not very good at it(not a techy in any way!), but I enjoy have a space to record what we do.
Happy Monday Everyone!
