Why do we do the things we do? oh heaven help us...
I don't know about you but....when I get a wild hair up my nose....there is no stopping me!
Today I dragged home vintage trailer #3....
My hubby is going to be major twitterpaitted when he gets home & pulls up to the ManCave(barn).......
Oh well, after 37 years of marriage he is to old & tired to train in a new wife! (lucky for me!)lolol!
So go to my gracies victorian rose blog (listed below) to see my New ~ Old trailer.
Happy Trails....

Wow! Looks like a great little find! I am so jealous.. it seems like you just cant find things like that here on Long Island. She is simply too cute! Best of luck with it- I am sure it is gonna be alot of fun to "Glam" it up!

So cute! I have two of them now. Both are 1968 Frolics. One is in bad shape and is being used for parts for the other one!

I spent the whole afternoon and part of the evening reading your blog about them! I was even showing folks coming in and out how cute they were... AND I told dh that a tiny one for myself must go on the top of my Santa list this year!

So True!!!!! lol!
Oh & I LUV your tatting work...how wonderful & beautiful
.

Lea,
I found this one on Craigs List, but I do se them all over in the rural areas,,many are beyound repair because they have been left out in the fields to become delappidated & rodent infested....I just got lucky,,,tho I think my hubby might not quite agree! lol!
But it is easier to ask hubby's forgiveness then ask his permission! lol!
Leep your eyes open you & Santa will find one! : > )

OMG! How do you find these treasures! I've been keeping my eyeballs peeled around my area and just no luck. What an adorable, miniature playhouse. I can't wait to see how you get her all dolled up!

What a great find, Grace. And really it looks good to me. Just some paint and pretties thrown in and you're good to go. I can't wait to see it all done. I hope you can get out here to Ga. some day.

hey Amy, I am out on the west plains (west of Spokane)....MT isn't all that far....

Deborah, my huby is 6'2" and has head room...my lil "Farmgirl on the Loose" trailer is taller than it looks and even tho it is only 9' from front to back it feels roomier.

Hubby replaced all the window screens today and installed (welded & bolted on) an new jack.
It is now parked between the huse & the ManCave so I can go out and work on her....we are having decent weather right now, it it will last for another week or two I will be able to get a lot done.
I think lil trailers are like potato chips, you can't just have one! lol!

WOW! I wish I could find my second and you found a fantastic third! LOL My DH just rolls his eyes and goes along with whatever I drag home. I think I may even have my son hooked. He wants a teardrop and DH thinks he can build a custom one together with him. FUN!

I look forward to seeing all your work on this one.

I love it, Grace!! I had to show my guy, who just the other day was complaining about all the junk I drag home. So I just had to show him he is not the only man that has a "collecting" kinda woman. LOL

Man that's cute! Unfortunately,my little Kia Rio isn't made to pull anything. Even says that in the owners manual. Wish I'd know n before I got it or I'd chosen something else. One day tho,I'd like a pull along trailer for my music store!

hey Sherri,
In this month's MJF magazine, there is a comment from a MJF Farm Gal who uses a vintage trailer as a mobile Knitting studio...how cool is that...so ya see Sherri, you need to get your self another vehicle, a tow vehicle and then a cutie of a phootie trailer as a mobile music studio....
