My neighbor gave me permission to prune her wild onions and keep the heads. I don't know much about wild onions and how to use them in cooking... does anyone have any information? What is the difference, flavor wise, between onions you would buy at the store and wild onions? I've heard they are more woody and that's why my neighbor didn't want them....
