I will swap you material to decorate with for material to do swedish embroiery on---its called huck towelling to the best of my knowledge. I want to teach a group of deaf women how---also interested in cross stitch kits.

Can be mailed to Massachusetts by the end of September---you will get top quality material for decor not to make clothes---some of this was used by seller to Williams Sonoma. Let me know if interested.

So are you saying that you want huck toweling and cross stitch stuff? I dont have huck toweling but I do have a quite a bit of cross stitch stuff, like aida cloth, embroidery threads, needles and hoops, hows that or do you really need this huck cloth, I could try to get some if you really need it! Let me know!

You know, huck toweling isn't hard to get in the states, it's sold at Joann's and online at various places. Sorry I do not have any to share because I have been doing swedish weaving on monk's cloth but I know it's readily available stateside :)

Monk's cloth is another even weave cloth with floats, but it usually has only 7 counts per inch and is much, much softer than aida or even the huck toweling. It's used to make afghans and pillows and such with the swedish weaving...and the larger stitch size makes it easier on aging eyes LOL!
