Hi Bonnie. The magazine started shipping on Aug. 24, so you should receive it any time. I see others have just received theirs, so I wouldn't consider it "lost" yet. If you haven't received it in another week, then call the customer service number (800-476-4611). Thanks and enjoy!
I received my copy last week. It has been read and re-read several times. I really like the roasted vegetable section. I am not a vegetarian or vegan, but the veggies in that section sound wonderful. I don't know anyone that would eat a parsnip--so yummy. I can remember my grandmother growing them and preparing them. They were so good.
Only one store in my area carries the magazine and they still don't have it!!! I am so frustrated! If I subscribe now will my subscription start with this issue or the next? I have been meaning to subscribe for a while, just trying to make it work with the budget. Even though I would save money in the long run by subscribing. ;) I go and buy every issue at the bookstore!
Ok, I just called the toll free number and my subscription will start with the next issue. So, I am going ahead and subscribing. But that doesn't help with the current issue :( The bookstore said that sometimes they skip an issue. I hope that is not the case with this one!
I called all over town and finally found a Tractor Supply that carries them. Guess what? They still don't have it either! Has my town been blacklisted? ;)
