wow where to begin. SO much has been happening lately, some good too ofcourse. But just the past few weeks has been bad for me, financially. I just want to vent, I don't expect any answers but I just need to get this off my chest or I will go mad here on my own.
Normally my money would be in my account on the last day of the month. But because them higher up goofed I will not get paid till the next week. My cupboards are completely bare. yesterday I ate the last can of soup I had so now I have to do without food for a while. PTL I still have cat food for Pinky. No coffee left, no cream, no bread or butter anymore. AS I said, just need to get it off my chest, that's all.I know I should provide for a little nest egg, but with my income I can barely scrape by till the end of the month, so no penny left to spare to go in a savings account.

At the moment I just feel all alone, left to fend for myself (that is the case with many so am not complaining about that normally) just at this moment I am ...oh well...at the end of my rope so to say. Feel as if I am the only one.

As I said, just needed to vent.
Could you send me some virtual hugs and prayers please?? I'll do the same with y'all...pray and virtual huggers...That is all I can spare right now lol

Thanks gals. I KNOW I am not the only one, and it WILL get better....someday

Hugs from Marian/Dutchy, a farmgirl from the Netherlands :)

Marian, I know exactly how you feel. We have been that way MANY times before. I hope and pray your check comes today and you will be able to get the things you need. You will get through this. I am sending you lots of hugs and prayers. I know that doesn't sound like anything when you are hungry. But expect miracles!

Hugs, Kris

Big hugs and prayers. I don't know much about how things work over there but is there some kind of food bank? Maybe a local church has something.

Gals, thank you all SO much for the huggers and prayers. They mean so much to me :)
You know, it will take a few days but my money will be in the bank sometime next week. And then it will all be better again. Sure money is always tight DUH!! But that is something I am used to and as I said before, I can just scrape by ;) Just THIS month it is a bit different because my pay will be a late. But it will come, no worries.

Thanks again sweeties, for the hugs.

Prayers sent and hugs offered.

Are there food banks around you? In a church maybe? I would call and ask.

Yup Lily, I DID swallow my pride somewhat. I did go see my neighbor and asked if she could spare some bread and she did. SO can have a nice cheese sandwich later YAY

AND tomorrow eve there is a sort of supper at church, so will get my fill there too hahaha.

I know it is not as black as it seems , it just was that this morning I was in SUCH a funk when I opened the doors and saw just all the empty spaces staring me in the face.

Hugs and prayers to you! Is there a food bank nearby? Or a soup kitchen? There is no need to feel bad for asking for some help...and someday down the road you will be in a position where you will be able to pay someone back with the same kindness offered to you!

Hugs and Prayers to you! Of course I agree with what everyone else is saying- when you go to church tomorrow night inquire about a few things to "tide you over" til you get paid! I am glad your neighbor was able to help you.

There were some left-overs from the supper and one of the ladies put them in freezer boxes and gave them to me to take home! AND when I got home....there was a bag of groceries, just standing there next to my front door. AINT that grand wow. I was in tears when they gave me the leftovers and again when I saw the bag of groceries. God does provide. This will tide me over perfectly till the money comes.

Thanks again y'all for the hugs and prayers. You are all awesome

Lillian, it was another neighbor that left all the groceries :) She is a very good church friend and knew I was at the end of my tether. She and her hubby did it last year for me as well, SO sweet.
