My mother it 70 years old and has been widowed twice and is such a wonderful woman. She has been married for 20 years and yesterday her husband said he wanted to be alone and did'nt want to be married anymore. She has never had to experance anything like this before.
I on the other hand have been devorced and no the pain invalved.
She is a very Good Women and can use some prayers her way to help her though the tough times ahead.

Prayers are on the way. A marriage that has survived 20 years seems to have stood the test of time but people can change and sometimes as they get older one person has changed in different directions. Your Mom has withstood grief before but this is a different kind of loss.

Poor mother. At this time in her life she needs to feel secure and it has just really rocked her world. Prayers for her and you also.

Cynthia,
I am so sorry to hear of this news for your mom. Because she is such a wonderful woman, she will make it through this tough situation and will come out even more amazing. In the meantime we will pray for her well being.

Oh, Cynthia! How awful! My heart hurts for your mother! I will pray for her and keep her in my prayers. Twenty years is such a long time - a lifetime! I'm sure she must be devastated. My heart just wants to protect hers; I can only imagine how you're feeling as her daughter! I will pray for you, too, so that you will have wisdom and strength in helping her through this. She is so blessed to have such a loving daughter who will reach out and ask others to lift her up in prayer! well Mom is hanging in there and I think this will be a tough week for her. Her husband has desided to move out and as I understand it there is someone else. This is so hard for my Mom she has never had to deal with devorice or this kind of break up. It makes me so sad for her. I am waiting for her to call me back this morning and I am afraid its going to be bad news and a very hard week for her. Keep her in your prayers.

Has anyone attempted to see if her husband is having medical problems? If this came out of the blue, something else may be going on. But certainly will be praying over this one.

We have Thought about maybe he has had a stroke, or possible some other health problem. He has a doctors appt comming up. But it looks as if there is someone else.
We are hoping he will come around, but its not looking good.
My sister and I just keep supporting our mom and praying for her.

Sometimes a stroke will cause enough changes in the brain that it can lead to this sort of situation including some one else. Be sure to see what the doctor finds.
