I grew 2 60 ft. rows of Garlic this year and got a decent harvest. Only trouble is..is that it's all so small and hardly worth the effort to peel and chop...but I do.
Didn't I see once that MaryJane sells organic Elephant Garlic by the pound? I sure would love to plant that this fall instead of what I planted last year.

We have a hard neck and a soft neck Garlic. We finished our harvest a couple weeks ago. We still have about a month of them curing before they are ready to send out. We don't have the "Elephant" variety of garlic. You can take a peek at our Garlic Varieties here: http://shop.maryjanesfarm.org/store/c/4-Garden-Farm.aspx.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks Brian for your lead. I'm convinced that Elephant Garlic is the way I want to go. Maybe I'll just start from scratch and buy a few bulbs at the Farmer's Market next week and start my crop from them.
