I haven't seen very many recipes that use the ChillOver powder but I'm probably not looking in the right place. Can I just substitute if for the unflavored (animal-based) gelatin that I've seen recipes for? Anyone have some special recipes to share?
I just read online that you can subsitute 1 t. agar agar (Chillover) for every 4 t. gelatin called for in a recipe. Hope that helps!

Starletta, I posted some really good ChillOver recipes here in "Farm Kitchen" . . they are on page 31 "ChillOver Recipes" . . . I really like using it!! CJ
