I use the same recipe as I use for apple pie filling...the one I use has minute tapioca in it for thickener. I just use less cinnamon and a touch of nutmeg in the peach..yummy! I think the recipe is here somewhere if you do a search. If not, let me know and I will be glad to post it for you.
