I am not sure if the ChillOver powder is a special type of agar agar, or if it is processed specially or anything. Has anyone tried using the agar agar powder sold in asian markets to replace the ChillOver powder in MJF recipes? I was tempted to buy some to try but then decided maybe I should ask first. I love the ChillOver powder but hate to pay shipping $$ to order it when there might be the same thing locally.
