This is a favorite of my family. It is so good - wanted to share. Hope you enjoy!

7 oz. cooked macaroni
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1 cup mayo
sm. jar pimento pepper
small onion chopped fine
*combine all of the above.

1 lb cheddar cheese grated

Grease pyrex dish and layer macaroni mixture and then cheese / ending with cheese on top. cook at 350 until cheese on top starts to bubble.

Yummy-I am going to try this tonight-it is rainy & cold so the oven could go on to warm us up!
