I am sooooooooo excited!! My father is moving to PEI. He is curently in another province a 2 hour flight away.
He has said over the past 4 years that he' like to move here, but I never got my hopes up, I always prayed for it to come tru, but never really thought it would.
He will be here around the 1st of July and will be living with my husband, Oliver and I.
I will finally have family here and Oliver will have his Popa here!! Hooray for me!

Melanie I'm so happy for you that you will have family with you now. Oliver will get all the special treatments from his Popa! I just brings a smile to my face and a patter in my heart to hear the joy in your news. Enjoy your moments of his arrival.

Hugs, Brenda

Melanie, I just mailed a letter to you last week (without the word CANADA on it---oh dumb me!)and I remember in your letter you telling me about your father. I can't tell you how excited I am for you. Even though you are an adult, married and a mother, a hug from your Dad places you in that comfort of being his little girl. I really can't tell you how happy this makes me feel....can only imagine what it means for you. I think he should even be a help for your husband on the farm...and as you said, what a great gift for Oliver...AND a gift for your father.

What a wonderful thing. I think PEI is the most beautiful spot in the world. It is always good to have your family close by, and what a treat for Oliver.

Can I come move in too? I have always wanted to go to PEI. It looks so peaceful and beautiful there. I hope you enjoy your dad. It sounds like you are very excited about him coming.

My parents just bought a house about 20 miles from me. I am really not too sure about it. They won't be moving too permanently for a long time. Mom still works. But they have been coming up about every other weekend since they bought the house. We'll see how it works out.

Hi Melanie!

It has been over 2 months since your Dad moved in with you, I think. How are things going and how is he enjoying Mr. O?
