mailed the last 4 postcards today....the postal carrier sold me the stamps and I said, "May I give these back to you? She said, with much enthusiasm, " Sure, I'll take them, so as I sat there putting the stamps on them she read them while she waited for me to finish...LOL!
too funny! I think going to the post office for these swaps is as much fun as making the stuff......!
count me in on the next one...

Thank you CJ for doing this swap, it's been one of the most fun I've participated in. Thank you Farmgirls for all the post cards. They were so interesting, I sit in the evenings and look at them often and show them to friends. I'll definitly do it again! Dana

| I too, have had a great time doing this swap! Loved all my cards and I have a book I am keeping them in so I can share...have had a few friends who want to join the site just so they can do some fun swaps!! haha Not sure if they have or not...but I am glad I did awhile back! Thanks for all my cards ladies! I have a few more to get in the mail tomorrow and I will have all mine out!! Will get them done while the pressure canner is 'singing' to me, I have yellow wax beans in there today! |

| This is the first swap I participated in and loved getting such pretty cards with wonderful greetings in the mail. I wish I could meet you wonderful sisters. I am going to get a scrapbook to keep my mailart and my post cards in that way I can always have them to enjoy |

I put a big batch in the mailbox today - think I'm about halfway now. It's fun sending simple greetings out to FG friends! Received more cards today from Amy in CA, Monica in FL and Dana in OK - thanks ladies! Dana, I love the photo card of you and Buck, He sure is a handsome fella!

I have been lax ( new job) in my posting for the cards I have received, THANK YOU everyone for such wonderful greets! I have a favorite so far, from Robin in Salem Mass.. LOVE IT! I will be putting my last batch in the mail this week.

As of today, Sunday, 07/25 there are a total of 56 on the Postcard Swap Signup list.
- reminder: MAIL OUT DATE is MONDAY, AUGUST 16th
Swap signups will close first thing on Sunday, August 1st. I will email you then if there are any further signups.

I'm waiting for my post office to get in postcard stamps. I may end up going somewhere else to get some so I can start sending mine out. I have received about 18 so far and it is so much fun receiving them.

| The two new ones went out today. Thank you Angela for your card from Michigan. I had to laugh because the cancel stamp says "I've been thru Hell. Hell, Michigan." Pinckney must be close to that. And Thanks to Marie from Northern Fl, Looks like you are in a great area of Fl. Always beautiful there. And, Llahoma from AR. I just love the scene on front. Wish I was there. |
