I sell fresh herbs and I have been putting together BLENDs to sell in little bouquets. I have the following:
Poultry Mix Thyme, Lemon Balm, Parsley, Sage, Oregano
Fish Mix Dill, Parsley and Lemon Balm
Beef/Beefalo Mix Rosemary, Oregano and Thyme
What other mixes can you suggest??? These have been a big hit for me!

When I worked garden centers I always made up and sold tons of "Scarborough Faire" bowls, parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme. I'd think that would be a great bouquet for poultry dishes.

Julie,
Do you sell a pasta blend?
