I get this neat newsletter with all kinds of free knit and crochet patterns and they are giving away a basket book, the cover looks really cute. I put the information up on my blog so that you can enter to win the basket book and it is a really good newsletter that I get in my email almost daily. I am printing out some really cute dishcloth and towel patterns today from their site. Their is a really cute crochet daisy apron pattern that is calling my name.

I looked at your blog and it made my heart do a happy skip
I have been trying to learn to spin for a while now. I have a drop spindle and my dh bought me a beautiful Schacht wheel. We found it used on ebay and it shipped beautifully all the way from New England to AZ. I am a yarn snob! But that's the way it is with exposure to natural fibers. They just call to your soul. I'm also a wooden knitting needle snob. I love the feel so much better than the metal. I even have some wooden crochet hooks although I do prefer Boye for those.

Cindy, once you start turning yarn out on that new wheel, you will become a hand spun snob. Then don't forget the fun of dyeing your wool...and it just goes on. This fiber thing will consume you...believe me. I too love my wooden needles and I also like the steel dp needles for knitting socks...I collect them and have several very old sets of 5 needles in their original package.
I know that I will be seeing you more on this forum. Come over to the barnyard friends and then to the sheep and goat group sometime. We love to talk spinning, fiber, animals, weather, and etc...Grace is great to help as well as many of the other gals.
I really enjoy getting all the free cute patterns from the site I gave on my blog.

Thanks for sharing the Basket Give Away. I had already signed up for that today as I get their emails too but, I didn't even think about sharing it with others, so way to go Sarita for having a thoughtful Heart!

Thank you, Peggy. I really like the craft patterns that I find on that site and they are free. I hope they give away a basket book to everyone that enters but I also think it is a good site to get the free patterns and all the patterns have a picture of the finished piece.

Girls, I am getting some emails and I want to clarify that you need to copy and paste the address so that you enter, I am not the one having the contest, I just wanted to share the site with you because of the contest but mainly it has all these free patterns for crafters.
