IT has been snowing hard all morning! We woke up to several inches of snow on the ground too! sigh....planted tomatoes and peppers on Saturdy. It was beautiful all week and warm! Oh well. that is spring in Utah. darn it though. Good thing I was smart enough to only plant about 1/3 of my tomato plants!! Still have alot of back up plants!

Oh my gosh! I don't quite know what I'd do...winter was depressing enough, to have it continue till almost Memorial Day!

Sorry about your plants, Jenny...here's hoping the snow acts as only an insulator...

Wow, this is really late, even for Utah, isn't it? So hot here, snowflakes would be welcome!

Dang is right, huh, Jenny? It is still flurrying down here - but we didn't get any on the ground down in this part of Sevier Valley. I just don't know what to think or WHEN to plant stuff this year. I'll bet, on the brighter side, that the cool weather feels good to Mona! I was pregnant with my youngest all the way through July, and I think I would've rolled in the snow if I could have.

Okay, Jeannie - I'm wishing you some snowflakes there in Florida - would you mind sending a little sunshiny-goodness to Utah?!?!?! :)

XOXO, Libbie

boy! I hear you loud and clear......sorry about the plants!!! Last year we lost many new plants with a hard frost. My son called from Vail, Colorado. He had snow today......oh boy!

Take care - Kris : )

good morning jenny, its bee cold and snowy here too. i am so over it. enough altready. you would think a calf could be born this time of year without snow.lol well we are wet cool and cloudy today. hoping it gets warm enough to be out today. still waiting on 3 cows to calve. now they are all due. one is a week late. so much for my figures on timing. must be a boy. happy days sherrye

Then it's really true, isn't it - that lambs and calves somehow know to wait until it's either snowy, wet and/or cold before they emerge, don't they? I think this year we may have had 10 of *60* lambs that were born under a clear sky! Here's to looking at wonderful weather for Mona's calf and for your three that are left to go, Sherrye!

XOXO, Libbie
