WWhat beautiful rugs, I can see I'm going to have to start saving some rag balls and give this a try. There is something really sweet about rag rugs, and you are so talented, and I like the instructions, just wing it!

They are beautiful. Thanks for sharing. I keep saying that I am going to try this. About how much material do you need for one rug?

Robin, they work up really fast. Marcy, depends on how big you want it to be.

Nancy Jo - I liked the comment you made about ripping your sheets into rag strips outside on the porch. The lint really does go everywhere when you are ripping strips. Also, for your friends who are wanting to make one, there is a tutorial by MaryJane in her Stitching Room book....it gives really good directions on page 57 .
I love the coloring on your rugs. You have to have talent to get the different color stripes, etc. and have it look pretty. Yours are gorgeous.
P.S. where are you going on your blogging vacation??? We will have withdrawals!

How beautiful Nancy Jo! I wish I knew how to crochet! I know I can make these knitting, but I like how the crocheted ones look better :)
Have a nice bloggie break :)

Love the rugs! I've been saving t-shirts to cut up for rugs for a while. Perhaps I should get going on the cutting and make some nice little rag-rug balls like you have!
