No it is not wrong to want to take a break, every woman does. Remember men have absolutley no problem making alone time for themselves from weekly sports teams, poker games to the annual hunting trip.
And it is NOT babysitting if you're caring for your own kids. There is nothing wrong with asking for a regular weekend day (or half day if you want to ease him into it) completely to yourself. The kids will also benefit from spending some time just with dad too.
If you're feeling the stress you need to be clear to hubby that he needs to give you a breather, even he gets regular breaks at home.
No matter how wonderful our husbands may be they can be pretty clueless at times unless we say something.
