my wedding anniversary would have been this coming friday, may 14th. instead, last april 28th i came home early from work to find the love of my life dead in the back yard and am having a very hard time with it. please pray for me

God Bless you Janie, My heart aches for you and the pain you must be in. Talk through the pain, get out your tears and your sorrow. It hurts too much to keep it inside. I will be thinking of you this week and especially Friday.

Oh, Janie, I truly understand. I lost my sweet hubby a year and a half ago. Last year for what would have been our 28th anniversary, I went on a road trip with a friend, just to do something totally different. It did make it a bit easier, well, maybe just different. Know that you are in my prayers. If you want, Teresa, started a thread where a few of us widows have been sharing our stories with each other. It has been a good outlet. I can't imagine having to go through that, other than how terribly, terribly difficult it must be.
I do know the Comforter, Healer and Lifter up of our heads . . . and I will be praying the Lord to just fold you up in His arms and do all of those things for you . . . and carry you close to His heart . . the Heart of ALL Hearts!!
