I found a great apron pattern (well, just directions, really) on FaveCrafts.com - I'll post the exact link in a bit (after I find it again). Here's my version:

Here's the direct link: http://www.favecrafts.com/Clothing/Reversible-Scrap-Fabric-Apron. Her version has lots of cute trims added and is patchwork on both sides. (I changed the depth of the pockets, too, but that was mostly accidental!)
