Ok Girls,
I need some help.
I have taken a job where there is no refrigeration.
My diet requires that I eat six small. high protein meals a day.
Do you'all know any backpack meals that I can take with me?

All I can think of right now is proteine bars.

But you can always carry a freezer pack in a small insulated cooler.

Or if you don't have any of those, freeze water in sandwich baggies. Double bag to prevent leaks. Or jsut take a bag of ice cubes
