I hope I sent my info to the right person....Horselady? I would love to join the journal. I have done this in the past with quilters. We sent a quilt around and each person added a row of quilting and wrote in the journal. SO when each person received their quilt back home, they also had a beautiful story of the journey. I have several and they are real treasures.

Thanks for sharing. I got your email. I have been journaling this week and will mail it out on Monday the 17th.
Can't wait to hear from everyone. I think this will be a great experience and alot of fun to hear how everyone brings the "farm" into their lives, even if they don't live on one.

We have 11 ladies now. Much as I hate to turn anyone down, I think that is a good number because if we get higher, we won't get it back very soon. Everyone who has emailed me, including today, is in it.

I would be soooo interested in doing this! I love to journal like the women before me did(I love to read my grandmother's, great-grandmother's and great aunt's journals), and read all the little tidbits about weather, what they did that day- whether it be the wash, harvesting some of the garden, preserving, etc., and who they visited or who visited them!
Please count me in for this!
I was thinking- since you have your maximum for the first group, but still a few of us interested, could you maybe start a second group with just who we have, then add on, as more sign up?!!!
Can you tell I'm impatient to get started?!!

OKAY, TWO JOURNALS GOING OUT! I hated to leave anyone out and I think if I send it out with everyone on one list it will take way too long to get back, so I'm sending out 2 different journals. I had to photocopy my pages for journal #2 since I couldn't sit and handwrite them all over again. I found a soft type 3 ring cover that I think won't cost alot to send. The hard covers were just too heavy. I am going to try to mix up the different areas of the states so that both journals go all over as much as possible. We don't have anyone in the far west at all, but we have the northeast, midwest, north and south covered. Hope this will be okay with everyone.

Brenda, (LakeOntaroiFarmgirl), I was trying to email you back last night and my computer went whonkie. I had to unplug and I just now got started up. I am afraid to email. But the one I was thinking about was Lori, Canadian Framgirl. Almost like your name. So my mistake. But that was meant for you, just wrong situation.

Rose, I just got the journal today!! I st out under the cedar tree in the garden and read it all. I will start it today. I would love for it to come back around so I can see all the others when it's done. Please? Or will pay for a copy of it.
