I have been walpapering my walls yesterday and today! Looks great AND also painted my kitchen hutch a new color. IF y'all are interested you can check out the pictures on my Dutch blog

http://pinkprincessdecorating.blogspot.com/

The writing is in Dutch but the pictures tell a thousand words haha. First pic is the before (says VOOR) and then you get the after (NA)

Enjoy

Hugs from Marian/Dutchy, a farmgirl from the Netherlands :)

I just love it that you are so "PINK" it really suits you Dutchy...

I can't wallpaper in my old house. It was built in 1893 and most of my walls are lathe and plaster. If I rip off the old wallpaper that has been painted about 100 times, it will pull the plaster away from the old lathe. UGGH. I envy you!

It is very sweet looking!

Dutchy/Marian,
I love your blog and your pictures are beautiful. I would use lavendar or green, but DH proably wouldn't like that very much.
I have an orange kitchen sink that has taken me 20 years to get use to, but it growing on me. DH says if it aint broke don't change it.
So I've tried to go tuscany/Italian in the kitchen.
But your pink is gorgeous!!!
