OK everybody!! This is it! (till December anyway!) This is the last day to sign up for the RAOK. If you would like to be included, please read through the following information and then send me an email with your info. The list will be emailed out tomorrow afternoon/evening. This will be our last list till December, so if you want to join in I really need your info this evening.  Have a wonderful weekend!!
Welcome to the RAOK page signup page! For our new farmgirls who may not know what RAOK is- RAOK stands for Random Acts of Kindness. This is not a traditional swap. There is no requirement for how often you must send something. Only send what you are comfortable with.
You do not have a swap partner. You send to whomever you choose. And you may send whatever you like. It may be a card or a package. The choice is yours.
Now to participate in the RAOK, you need to be an active paticipant on the boards at MJF and the RAOK. Unfortunately we had some sign up and then just disappear. And of course please post when you receive a RAOK be it card or gift. You can find that thread here: http://www.maryjanesfarm.com/snitz/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=40433 This is a simple way to let the sender know that their package/card was received.
I am no longer going to be updating this list monthly. I will be sending out a new list at the end of this month, but then we are going to go quarterly with the list and see how that works. So the next update will be in December. Of course if you need to change you info for any reason between August and December, just email me and I will send a memo out to everyone on the list.
If you would like to sign up, I will need you to email with this list of info and I will be so delighted to add you to the fun!

| I have to comment on this 'swap' It is the best experience of all the Farmgirl Swaps. There is absolutely no pressure; you just participate at will, never expecting anything in return. In April I sent out 5 packages, one card w/ tuck in and was acknowledged for every one! (even though I never signed my name, simply RAOK) I love that my contributions make a difference in someone's life. Than you, Melanie, for making this happen. And, absolutely, email me with May's list! |

Once you are signed up, you stay on the list. I just do this once a month to give the new farmgirls a chance to join in.
oh can I put your last name on the list, Melanie? I meant to ask a little while back when it was brought to my attention and it slipped my mind. I know in the states it doesn't matter if we have a last name on a package but wasn't sure if it would make it out of the country without one.
