I WANT TO PLAY TOO...I have lots of pens that need a purpose..I emailed you...I will have to wait til the 26 or 27 to get them to the post office..I am excited to hear your results and reactions from the guys!!!!!

do they have to be working? Cause if not I can send you some, my husband and my grandmother are what i like to call "pen thief" if it is a pen on the counter it is free game for them.

Preferably working, as the final destination is to be the fire station in the pen stash for report writing and such! A few duds will certainly get through!

I have collected 126 so far!!! This has been so much fun! Hoping to mail them off to you Saturday morning. Oh, I'd love to have 200 to send!
I do have a concern tho...I mailed a quilt I made for Quilts for Kids on 3/24, via the US Post Office flat rate box. It has yet to arrive to the Quilts for Kids address. My concern is that is lying somewhere in a torn up box. :-( Guess I'll give the P.O. another chance, hopefully the pens will get to you.

I just hit up my stash and only found one pen! What's with that? I swear I had all kinds of logo pens at one point! We always seem to take them from hotels and oil change places and dentist offices...where have they all gone? I'll keep looking and see if I can find some with friends and family - maybe I can get up to 10!

Oh Angie!!! I got my barter from you today and I love the scrubbies!!! So does my little Mama! The tote bag is a hit with us as well!! And everything smelled so good!!!!! This was a lot of fun and you are a sweetie for sending me such a nice barter gift. Hope your fireman beats them all!!! Well, guess I will go now and try to find me an ink pen to write with. Got your big bag'o pens! I will be working on your barter items to get them in the mail this week.
last count was 224, now it's certainly over 250! I will admit, there are a few pens that are not going to make it to the fire station... too nice to give away!!!

I'm not having much luck in getting the pens from my daughter. She said she had a big bag but she is in the process of moving and thinks they may have been donated to the local thrift store. Oops. She'll still try to round some up at work but right now it isn't looking good. So sorry but hope you win anyway. Maybe I should go try to buy them from the store she donated them to :) but I think a lot of what gets donated goes to third world countries and especially supplies that can be used in schools. Alright Angie, all the pens I have are tucked into a bubble mailer that I will be sending off tommorrow! So you have 11 more on the way! The 11th is a repeat however, but I'm just sending it to you just in case! Have a great weekend!

Hi, Angie! I sent out an envelope of pens last week. Hope you got them! If nothing else,I got some strange looks from the postmaster! I just gently explained that there wasn't much he could put past us farmgirls, then grinned about it all the way home!

Please forgive the delay in my great BIG thank you. I have started a short term job at a local nursery and I am there ALOT!!!! I got your package last Thursday (I think) and it was such a lovely surprise. Thank you so very much for the lovely scrubbies and tote (love the pocket). Both are wonderful and so beautifully done. I am going to share a scrubbie with my friend who collected up all the farm related pens. I am sure she will be surprised and pleased as well. Thank you again :-)
