check it out quick fix- healthly mix by nicole munoz. she is from my local town here and it looks like a good book on creating healthy mixes and recipes from bulk ingredients.. also find her at www.nicolekellarmunoz.com

Thanks for sharing this site. I'm going to try the GF mix. Mixes are so great when a quick meal is needed.
