Channah, he would love a card! I will email you.
He is doing better on the dairy free. He isnt complaining of tummy pain as much. He had an ultrasound today and we see the Dr in a few weeks to go over all the tests. I posted in the farmkitchen area for ideas for non dairy foods. So far DS has decided he likes Rice Dream ice cream! evrything else is still being tried out. |

Robin, Your little guy won't be able to do ice cream, but my grandson loves sorbet. It is dairy free and really good. It is good to have a couple of sweets he will be able to eat. There is a peanut butter cookie that is really good and so easy to make that would be both gluten and dairy free. My grandson eats these all the time. Here is the recipe. I know it looks impossible, but it works and they are very good. Use a store brand peanut butter. Some how it works better.
Peanut Butter Cookies 1 egg 1 c sugar 1 c peanut butter
Mix all. Roll into balls and then is sugar. Place on cookie sheet. With a fork press vertically and horizontally. Bake 350 degrees for about 12-15 minutes. Watch closey, they burn easliy. Enjoy some yourself, you won't believe how good they are. |
