thought some of you gals might like to look up a new cook book on creating mixes from bulk ingredients, called "quick-fix healthy mix" by nicole munoz, she just so happens is from my little town here in scappoose oregon. i saw her article in our local paper here, www.spotlightnews.net scroll down to features and it is there, also at amazon.com, nicolekellarmunoz.com.. it looks like alot of wonderful recipes.. rose
