So I head back to work tomorrow which means the end of my prolific posting for a while, and I was thinking about my favorite thing to get from farmgirls, which is handwritten recipes and letters, so.....
I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a recipe swap geared more like an RAOK swap, where everyone sends to everyone. There would be a couple requirements, like you would need to include a (preferably) handwritten note about the recipe - could be where you got the recipe from or a story about a time you made it.
Also I would keep the list pretty small, maybe do sets of 10 farmgirls sending to each other, in order to keep it from being overwhelming.
Any interest?
Okay - today, March 30th, I sent out the details and address lists for the swap. I am looking forward to this, hope y'all have fun:)

Debra - Very good question - if you are interested in this swap please e-mail me your address and I will compile them and send them out to all. If people keep being interested I will probably keep taking names and just starting new groups - that sort of reminds me of the dinner groups my folks used to belong to - anyway....Please e-mail with Name, address, favorite type of cooking that you do, and any recipes you may be searching for/interested in trying - I can send all that info out.

Thanks Staci for the recipes - they sound great! How crazy is it that we have been craving a macaroni salad around here, but bored with all the recipes we have?? Can I tell you how very excited I am to try this one you sent (and the others you sent, as well!)...YUMMY!!!!

Relax sweetie, no worries. The way Amy Grace set this up is awesome and allows us to spread the sending of our recipes out a bit. I sent 2 batches out last week and will try to do 1 or 2 this week. That way it is fun and not stressful.
