I know you girls helped me quite a bit last summer when mine was getting totally out of hand. Some of you suggested I take evening Primrose oil. Well I've been taking it for months now & wanted to thank you all from the bottom of my heart because my psoriasis has disappeared completely from the back & sides of my neck! I've been wearing a ponytail for the first time in over 20 years. Letting the sun hit there too as I know that helps. I can't tell you how neat it is not to worry about the wind blowing my hair the wrong way as I have worn it long for years to hide my skin condition.
My sister has psoriasis. I'll have to share this news with her. I'm happy your psoriasis is doing better. Marly
