I love seeing crochet used in new ways, especially outside in unexpected places. I made a couple of crochet hexagon banners for my step banisters. I think they look neat and I'm interested to see how they will look as they weather and get wet. Here's a snap of one:

I have them near two stones that I have wrapped in crochet. I'm making more of those to stack as cairns in the garden. Here's a snap of the stones:

Anyone else using fiber in the garden?

Kimberly, those are so cute! I love the rocks! I have been knitting outside enjoying the nice weather! Its been so relaxing! Nothing for the garden though. Patricia, I have been wanting to make my own vegie/fruit bags too. I hate having to use the plastic bags. I need to learn to crochet!
