My quick reading, I couldn't find who was asking about the Cricut.....I just wanted to say that if you get one, do two things: find out where to buy the cheapest cartridges, and look into the Make Thew Cut software, which allows you to cut fonts and files from your computer instead of using the expensive cartridges. I have a Cricut Expression and would be happy to answer any questions you might have if you want to email me directly.

That was me, Catherine, asking about the Cricut! I'm buying the Personal Electronic Expression for our office (Education Department of a community college). Thanks for the advice. I didn't know you could get around buying the cartridges ($50 a pop) elsewhere. I'll check it out. Dianne

Thanks for the farm-inspired mail art from Gloria in Bloomfield, NY. It cheered me on an otherwise difficult day! Dianne

Kathy, I hadn't forgotten about you. I had to take Katie Rose back to the doctor yesterday. She has been coughing for three weeks but thankfully not turning into ear infections or bronchitis. So between nursing her and homeschooling the other five, time is a precious commodity.

Here is what I sent to Jan. Forgive me if she has already posted a picture. I included a bookmark and tea bag since Fall is my favorite time to curl up with a cup of tea and read. Just wish I had more time to do so these days. But I wouldn't trade these munchkins for the world.

Received a beautiful fall pansy card from Susan Harmon. So nice to see flowers this time of year as we have already been frosting for a while~
Thank you Susan for the beautiful card and note, it sounds like we might be busy doing the same things? Getting the cows ready for winter~

I received a wonderful framed pumpkin motif from Kathy Olson yesterday. It fits in perfectly with my Halloween decor and it really reminds me of a woodcut print. Very nice - thanks so much for your effort! I wanted to post a picture but my digital camera gave up the ghost last night, so I'm hoping Kathy can post a photo of her masterpiece.
Cheers! ~ Marilyn

I'm glad you liked it Michelle. Yep, the cows are demanding this time of year, thankfully, we don't have to have as much shelter for them down here. Happy Fall Susan

Toni from East Freedom, PA. I received the beautiful mailart today and all I could say was WOW! it was worth the wait. Thank you so much. I have not heard of nor' seen Iris folding art before. Very beautiful. And thank you for the nice long hand written letter inside. Portland is, I think, around 6 hours from Bonanza.

Karen...a Master Piece as always!! You and Sharon do such Great Mail Art! And I am so priviledged to have one from each of you, myself!
Toni and Gail...Love the Iris Folding! I have just been checking that out myself as it really intrigues me. One of my Porchie Farm Sisters used that technique to make me a Fabric Post Card...that I just love!
Thanks Again for the Visuals!!! Blessings, Peggy
