I'm not too creative with paper, but I like working with it; particularly now that there is so much to choose from! I do my fair share of scrapbooking too, but that takes some serious commitment, which I cannot take on right now. Cheers!

You are one busy farmgirl, Monica! I just started quilting in the last year or so and it is so fun, but I agree with you...time consuming, so I am not prolific either! Just having fun is what it is all about. I just joined this group and am enjoyed it immensly.

Carole, I think there must be 2 Kristins form Ga. Do you mean me? I have not gotten anything yet if it was sent to me.

I sent mine to Kim on Tuesday. I would think she'd gotten it by now too.

Thank you staci860 for my mail art. Its soooo cute. I know you had to step in and take my name on because my original farmgirl had some personal problems and was unable to send out her mail art. I appreciate your generous spirit. :)

My best to all,
Mel

Kathy in Ozarks, THANK YOU so much for the beautiful mail art, bookmarker & paper w/seeds inbedded! WOW they are all super. I love the mail art piece, such beautiful fabrics, dried flowers, all sewn together and covered in tulle or something on that order. You are quite talented.

Hi Terri thanks so much for letting me know, I always worry about my mail getting thru-glad you liked it

as I was writing this a big storm came thru, thought it left, and now that I am typing again, I hear big thunder in the distance again-lol-yes I did cover the one side with tulle and fused it down with mistyfuse-my new favorite craft product. I added a little piece of lavender from my lavender plant-enjoy!

I received the sweetest card from Karen/kpaints!

Isn't it cute? Thank you so much Karen!! It's such a delight getting handmade art every month. And you would not believe how it brightened my otherwise crazy day. Our store remodel is officially over as of today, but there is SO much crap to clean up and stock and put away before our corporate inspection walk on Wednesday. I worked right through lunch and still didn't want to leave but I had to :( Then I came home to this cutie patootie card. Joy!!

I am afraid I am running behind this month...thank goodness our dear moderator of everything mail art CJ sends those lovely reminders! I lost complete track of time and hadn't made mine to send. So sorry for the delay, Debra in Olathe I have been working on yours the past two nights and it is going out first thing tomorrow morning. I tried to put a little extra effort into it since I am running late :)

Gosh everyone's mail art is so pretty and creative, very talented people we have here!

Kathy in the Ozarks-I thought it was a lavendar. I have a lavendar plant in my garden too along with sunflowers around all 4 sides. I have never had either before this summer. Wish it were raining and storming down here, but we reached 98 degrees today with a heat index of 103, yikes!!! HOT

Hi Terri, a landscape friend of ours gave us two really nice lavender plants last year, this year I was able to harvest a really nice crop before all the extreme heat hit. We are same conditions-100's for heat indexes and high 90s actual temps, we keep missing the rain storms, got just a little last night. I planted a few sunflowers too this year-but the deer came by and ate all the little heads off before they flower-lol-couldn't believe they did that-giggling

Kathy, I am glad you received the card. After seeing all the beautiful work of others I felt like mine was not very good, but I am glad you liked it. I do a lot of ATC's, artist trading cards, so I just used the same method but on a larger card. Hope you enjoy it. I will try and take a picture of yours and upload it here if I can figure out how
