Sharon - I thought you would like that quote! I had great fun making it, and am glad that you are enjoying my latest mail art endeavor.

Karen, I received my mail art today. Let me just say, It is just beautiful!!! I want both sides to be seen at the same time. Oh and how I love pressed flowers. The cardstock and label, love the colors. Love the picture of the pretty girl, the quote on the back, love it all! I am going to have to get my camera fixed this week because I want to post all of my mail art. Thanks again Karen. I have had a very emotional day with my sweet daughter and your mail art arrived at the perfect time! Farmgirl Sister #61 Gail |

Dear dear Carole, I received your lovely card today, and I couldn't have had a better message (Joy) or had it come at a better time. I have been feeling poorly for a couple of weeks and kept putting off seeing the Dr. It finally got to the point where I knew I had to know. So, I spent the weekend in the hospital with chest pains, not wanting to hear bad news. The good news is that it wasn't my heart. It was a HUGE relief to know for certain. I saw the miracle of my life in three different views; my beating heart on an echocardiogram, and I wanted so much to have it keep beating for a long, long time. I have so much I want to do and experience. I have been away from all the forums for a while, and have missed you all terribly. I am getting my routines back together, trying to maintain the balance and keep the flow smooth. I have the beginnings of an ulcer, and I can manage it with a change in diet, lifestyle (keep calm!) and some medicine to heal the damage done. So, I have a mail art nearly done for a Sister (won't tell who just yet!), and I want to say that this project is such a blessing to receive and to give. I feel blessed to be a part of this. Again, thank you Carole! I really love it and I will post a pic in the next day or so.

CJ Glad you got it and I had fun doing it. I thought by lamenating it...that it would hold up better for the long-haul.
I am now working on this months Mail Art and hope to have it out by the weekend. I just love everyone's artwork.
Blessings, ~peggy

Therese...dear farm girl look at the extra worry and grief you caused yourself by putting off going to the Doctor. Oh dear-heart, why do we do those things to ourselves??? An ulcer will be much easier to care for than heart problems...so, I rejoice with you that it wasn't your heart. I will pray that you get plenty of time to "Live Out Loud" on this earth.
Blessings, ~peggy

Kim...lovely job on your mail art.
Robin...I am sure you will love hanging that up!
I mentioned awhile back that I use a French Board for my Mail Art...just a cool way to display it. If others have wondered how to maximize space and yet enjoy looking at those gorgeous creations everyday. That is a great way!

Karen, Thank you soooooooooooo much for posting the mail art you sent. The photo doesn't give it justice! One of the things I think is nice about posting pictures of everyone's mail art is.... For any or all of us it helps get the creative juices flowing! I have seen some that make me say....Wow, that is a cool idea! Not the whole card necessarily, but the materials used. Some of us have a hard time getting ideas for different things you can use to create these little "works of Farmgirl art"!! This is just too much fun!!! Farmgirl Sister #61, Gail |

These are the two Breast Cancer "Special Project" Mail art pieces sent to me. They are two-sided, which is what we need. These are approx. 5x7. The tall one on the left is from Gail. . aka "grammygail" and the wide on on the right is from Peggy . . aka "pegsmiles"
Gail sent hers in an envelope with footprints on the outside with painted pink toenails!! WONDERFUL!!! THANK YOU!!! CJ
