I just bought a grass fed chuck roast from whole foods and was wondering if I should cook it different from conventional beef. Usually I put in in the oven with lots of veggies, cover tightly and let it cook all day. Will this work with Grass fed beef?

Roasts shouldn't be too different. Ground Beef though can be different because there is a lower fat content. We bought a quarter grass fed cow last year and had all different types of cuts. The biggest cooking difference was the ground. The taste however is very different. We loved ours! Its so much healthier! Enjoy!

It's what I have all the time. I cook everything the same---at least I think so. So good! So tasty. MB
