hi robin... you have to host the pic on a site and then insert the code. I use www.photobucket.com . It is free pic hosting.. Upload pictures to thier site and they give ya a choice of codes..chose the "image" code and cut and paste it to a post here .....

LOL still working on it.. I tired it, but it posted a link to the pic, it didnt insurt the picture in the posting. I am going to give it a second try after dinner... Wish me luch my freind, I will keep you posted after my next attempt
