I am looking forward to friendship and fun with other local ladies, and I'm thinking of starting a live chapter here in Moscow
Can I turn a cyber chapter into a "live" chapter?
If I start a new one, is that allowed? I am not interested in continuing with my cyber chapter anymore. So can some one start a new chapter if they disband a chapter that they previously ran?
