I'd like to invite any new farmgirls to sign up for the RAOK list. As you can tell we have been having a blast if you have been keeping up with the RAOK- gifts received thread. http://www.maryjanesfarm.com/snitz/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=40433
Anyone who has already signed up, I still have your information and you will not need to send me anything. Once you are on the list you stay on, unless you wish to be taken off. However if your info has changed, especially your mailing address, you will need to send me that.
We have had a few new ladies sign up since February's list went out, so watch your email to make sure you get the new list. It will come out on March 31st.

There's been alot of mention here lately about RAOK's what they are and getting a list going again. I'm willing to put a list together for everyone wanting to sign up.
RAOK-- Random Acts of Kindness. Can be anything from a note to a goodie package. Whatever you feel like doing. They're are like sending little unexpected rays of sunshine to our farmgirl sisters.

This is what we had for the last list. If you think of anything else you would like to add that would be great. This is a fun way to get to know more about each other.
I will send the list out February 28th. Anyone can sign up anytime and I will get the list updated at least once a month. Does that sound ok to everyone? Let me know if you have any suggestions.

Hi Melanie,
I missed info on this before. How does it work? Are people matched up or do you just have a "bank of info" when someone is going through rough times? I have at times found messages that seemed to need more rsponse than the addition to a thread, I know I can send an e-mail but sometimes the need seems greater.

Hi Susan! We have a "bank of info" or "master list". It is sent to only the ones who sign up (send in their info). I'll update the list once a month. I'll give a shout out here on the boards to see if anyone has moved or has any info they'd like to change on their post to the RAOK list and to see if we have any new farmgirls who'd like to sign up. The list can be used for sending a little pick-me-up to a fellow farmgirl in tough times or say you just happened to be thinking of a certain sister and you want to just send her a little somethin somethin or even just a note to say hello. Hope this helps. :)

Thank you Staci. I feel much better now. I decided to take the day off to catch up at home. It is amazing what 3 kids and 2 dogs can do to a home in 2 days! The kids did help a little. Ahh but they are kids. Oh well I will enjoy being home and catching up!

WOW!!! So far we have 21 farmgirls signed up for the RAOK list! I have information for everyone who has posted here, except for just a few. I have sent those ladies out an email.
