What wonderful and beautiful work you all have done!
I've been making fabric and felt wallets for my Etsy shop! What do you think?

Oh my word! That hat is beyond adorable! Mell, if this ends up being a boy, I might be emailing you, begging you to make one that I can buy! I have never seen something so precious! Everything else is lovely too, but that cowboy hat is beyond precious!

I love the hat. So adorable!!
I'm laid up on the sofa again today. Still crocheting dishrags. I probably could've done a whole afghan by now. But, I think I'd be even more bored. Doing the dishrags lets me change colors and use different stitches every hour or so. Keeps things active.

I cut out all the fabric for my Jubilee garden flag. I used apron on pg 220 in MJF Idea Book as pattern for the 3 aprons on front of flag. Will use jute for clothes line - working on how to make wee clothes pins.
Later today or tomorrow I hope to stencil words above & below the aprons. Above - FarmGirl Jubilee - Below - 2015 (with the logo).
A large heart will be on the back with the words FarmGirl at - above the heart. Made the pattern freehand.
If you don't have tracing paper wax paper works great if you use a fine tip magic marker.

Sara: you can get wee clothespins at some of the craft stores and they are not expensive. Not making them will leave you time to do something more fun.

Sara- I'm getting ready to make a Jubilee banner for the swap. I'm designing a different one instead of the traditional triangle. I've been working on a pattern.
Since it's snowed I've gotten some of my swaps done. My clothespin bag is ready to mail and I did next month's Christmas ornament.
Thinking of cross stitching something after I'm done with the Jubilee banner. :) Everything is beautiful girls!! Love seeing what your doing!

Juanita, I am praying for your husband and for you!
I love all the pictures of your crafts, Farm girls! Deb, I love the photo of your spinning and knitting.
Love the shower curtain and table runner, Diana! Brightened my day.
Today I am working on my clothespin bag for a swap. I love the fabrics! Setting aside a baby quilt to do this. (squaring up the blocks scares me...always afraid I will cut too much).

Found this folding chair frame out buried in the dirt, decided to give it a new seat and use it in our glamper trailer. The fabric matches that used on the cushion for the top of the loo.
Trick was sewing the fabric seat on the frame! I didn't want to try to do a lace-up closure. I managed!

I have lived in my house going on four years now and kitchen window over the sink has not had a curtain. It's a small window and I like it bare during the day, so I can see what's going on outside. But, at night I didn't like it.
Last week I decided to do something about it so I made a little cover-up that just covers the lower part of the window. A rooster tapestry placemat was wide enough but not quite long enough' so I made a wide border out of a piece of MJF fabric. Strung a piece of rope across the metal part of the window. At night I hang the cover-up on the rope with two clothespins.

Lovely bag and apron, Robin! And what a willing helper you have there! I still have yet to make the clothespin apron. It's on the list though!

Today I'm working on an easy garter stitch knitted scarf. Every time I pick my granddaughter up at preschool we pass a long line of folks waiting for a meal at a place near us called Ministry of Caring. I thought warm scarves would really be appreciated when winter comes, so I'm using some of my yarn stash. I'm working on my second one. I'm not a great knitter but I'm having fun!
