Thanx, Lori... the best part is that both wool felties were made entirely from re-purposed wool clothing and scraps...

Oh Dinah, how precious! I finished a simple child's skirt today, inspiring me to try sewing more clothes!

The skirt is really precious. I made one similar, but without the front panel. I really like your pattern.

Thank you Betty! The pattern is Whirly Girl Skirt from Oceanlakes Design. I've been trying new stuff besides quilting to use up my stash!

I'm making little felt pin cushions to tuck into greeting cards or gift baskets/bags. Have pattern for a hat - will try my hand at making a pumpkin pattern.

going to do some rolling skeins into balls later today. I have 4 or 5 of these from farmgirl grace gerber ( her stuff is heavenly) 70% mohair and 30% wool. I plan to knit a special little throw with it. Sort of a shawl to keep on the back of the rocking chair for cool nights or something. It is sock weight yarn and the colorway is called mountain meadow. How nice is that? I am excited to be done with the cardigan I was knitting forever and ever. Put the zipper in it yesterday. I kinda love it. Just too hot to wear it yet.

Inside me there is a skinny girl crying to get out, but I can usually shut her up with cookies.

I love the car mat, Theresa! Reminds me of one my son had years ago, he carried it around like a blanket until it fell apart! <3
Aunt Jenny that is just beautiful!
I am trying to finish ufo's before starting anything else, so I finished the last stocking in a trio for my girlfriend.

I love it! I really should get going on Christmas stuff soon. I do this every year. I have two flannel quilts to make for two youngest kids for sure but many others to. Sigh.

Thanks Bonnie, I hope he loves it as much as your son did. I love the Christmas Stocking. I still need to make one for my Grandson.

Jenny: I've been in a panic because it is almost the end of Sept. and I'm almost always done by the end of Sept. This year has been full of surprises and I just got really behind. Hope you can get in the craft room soon.
