I made spinach dip, with swiss chard instead of spinach--I don't think I'll tell anyone, because it tastes great--they might not try it if I say anything. I'll let them assume it's spinach.
Good idea! But after they all ate some, I think you should tell them the truth, so that you can turn them all onto a wonderful vegetable that they may not know about.
