Yes I get Countryside. It's a great magazine I think. I like Mother Earth, Hobby Farm Home and Grit and a couple of others. Mother Earth is a bit more outspoken with their opinions I think. I like seeing the people write in and say what they think of the articles. They can get pretty intense. I really enjoy all the homesteading articles and just the magazines.

I subscribe to it and love it. I always go to the animal section first. Lots of good articles. What I like is it's mostly written by real people. People who actually live like they talk. People who've actually done what they write about. I just wish it would come every month.

We subscribe to Countryside and also Backwoods Home. My husband, who hates to read, will literally snatch those magazines from the mailbox and lock himself in the bathroom so he can read them before I do!! (Just happened yesterday again. Gotta love it!)

Yes I subscribe to it too. I find it much better than Mother Earth news.

I did start my subscription to Countryside yesterday. I get a lot more out of that than I have Mother Earth News, who seem to repeat the same thing over and over. I am really looking forward to Countryside.

We suscribe to Countryside and Backwoods Home. Just like Amy it is a fight to see who gets to read them first. We had a subscription to Mother Earth News and Hobby Farms but in my opinion they have gone to catering to those who want to farm or garden, but not get dirty while doing it. If Mother Earth News went back to their old ways I would suscribe again in a heartbeat.

I just subscribed to Mother Earth. I have had Countryside for a long time and thought I'd try something new. Maybe I goofed. We'll see.

Belle, ME News still has a lot to offer, and I was looking for a change. It is not the magazine it used to be, and they just keep going over the same stuff, or so it seemed. And their philosophy has changed. Let me know what you think, Carol

I also subscribe to Countryside magazine. I have been for about 15 years and I have kept every copy. It is full of so much information a person doesn't dare throw any of them away.

Have been a supporter of Countryside Magazine for years. Yes, I keep every copy also. Real folks with real stories that cover country living and farming all around the states. Always look forward to each new edition.

I love this magazine. One thing I especially like about it is letters from the readers.

I got my magazine the other day. There's a great article about dairy cows. I need to read all I can because I hope to milk Mazie when she has a calf next year. Great magazine.
