I guess mine would have to be "Butter my butt and call me a biscuit". I don't know if it's really a farmgirl saying but I thought it was funny. I may change my mind about it being my favorite though....
Hugs,
Channah

Found one!

"I believe in pink. I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner. I believe in kissing, kissing a lot. I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and I believe in miracles."

I like (and I'm not sure if this is farmgirl or not but it might as well be) "Pull up your big girl panties and deal with it!" LOL

We say "Goin to the house" instead of going home. I think it came from the time when folks didn't go anywhere except to the fields and goin to the house was a trip in itself. My Grandparents and my Daddy said it all the time.

Daddy would say "Thanks, till you're better paid". My FIL visited me in the hospital after each of my 3 kids were born and say "Bet you are glad to get that out of your system".

Not farmish, but I say, 'oh my giddy aunt', and 'I reckon'. My hubby use to say 'I'll be jiggered'.

Butter my butt... LOL!

For tomorrow and its needs I do not pray, but keep me, guide me, love me, Lord just for today.
