Help me out please gals!! I'm setting up a barter blog so I can continue to "clean house" and list everything in one place. What is the best way to set this up fairly?
List items and take the first email to respond to them or the first comment on the blog?
What about postage? Do you each pay for your own?
Anything else I should know or be doing?
***sorry...I'm just a duh when it comes to this and just trying to set it up as fair as I can!!

Hi Melissa, I have a barter blog too and set mine up for the same reason- to clean house. There are some different ways to set them up. I've seen some with a dollar amount next to item (like what you would ask for it if you were trying to sell it). With mine I just put a "partial" list of things that I am looking for. So far the things I have bartered, we have just swapped things for things- each of us taking care of our own shipping. But in the end it's really up to you and the person you will swap with as how to handle all the little details.
