I am making a heart charm bracelet and I was thinking that I would absolutely LOVE it if my dear farmgirls would help me out and send me heart charms. I would try to do some sort of swap in exchange or something (I'm all for ideas on swaps or what not). Please just let me know but you don't know how special this charm bracelet would mean to me if all of you could send me some charms!
Would anyone like to help me out?? :D
I'm very sentimental so I'd just be ecstactic!

Hi Brooke,
that sounds like a cute idea... do you want home-made charms or manufactured (bought) charms?? I have a few various styles of manufactured heart charms that I received in a bag of jewelry "findings" which I don't really need... but I also make pendants and things from polymer clay, so I could also make you one by hand... let me know if you are interested in either...

Oh, that's wonderful! Whatever you like, Beth! I have mostly manufactured (metal) hearts for the ones I have started on the bracelet right now, but I am open to whatever, as I love homemade things too ... I would just love whatever you have... is there anything you'd like from me? Just let me know. :)
I am basically just putting all different kinds of hearts on the bracelet.. I like the hodge-podge (?? for lack of better word) effect!

I'll send you one each of the metal ones I have (I think there are 3 or 4 different ones) and I can make you one too, I probably won't get into my studio to do any work until sometime next week though, as I'm in the middle of working on home projects and a weaving... I'd be glad to swap with you, or just send them to you to help with your project... why don't you just wait till you get my package, and if you have something you'd like to send to me that would be fun... I make jewelry from polymer clay and fabric handbags, so I can always use things like fun/cool small textural items (to emboss the pattern into the clay), rubber stamps, funky/pretty fabrics...can use almost anything craft related (I'm into lots of different crafts)but once you get the charms, if you find that you don't have anything to trade, that's really okay too, above all, I'm just happy to help you with your cool sounding idea! ...in the meantime if you would, please send me your address, I'll get them out to you as soon as I am able...and once you get them, you can decide if there's anything you have to trade for them.

Sharon, I received your heart! Thank you so much!! It is so cute! And I received a bunch of little other ones ...is it Dawn? They were a bunch of lockets and I was keeping the addresses, but my husband threw away the packages I got them in! AGH! ... Let me know which girl it was so I can thank you properly!
