I'm going to put out a small garden next year and want to do heirloom seeds. I was wondering if any of you get your seeds from this company and if you like them.

I did the first 2 seasons of my garden, but last year they didn't send me a catalog. I like their flower varieties, as well, though I did have some germination issue with a few things. Overall, I was happy, though.

I get a lot of my seeds from Baker Creek and have always had excellent results. The seed store and catalog sales people are great people and are so helpful.

I received my Baker Creek catalog yesterday and have already looked through it and made a very long wish list. Will have to narrow it down some. I don't have nearly enough room in my garden for all that I want to grow. I am turning some of my flower beds into Vegetable beds.

I have been thumbing through and circling this and that. The kids have been kinda browsing through it some too. Afterall they're going to be helping with the garden so they should get to pick something too, right?

I love Baker Creek and bought lots of nice seeds from them last year. Met some of their folks at the Garden Writers' conference in Raleigh. Kind and good people. Great seeds and philosophy.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!! Their catalog! I purchased almost every seed I planted in my garden from them last year! Things did great! The tomatoes did really well considering I planted them direct on Memorial Day! Couldn't believe it!

Received the Baker Creek catalog a couple of weeks ago, and my son and I probably almost have it memorized we've been reading it so much! LOL! We love Baker Creek, and hope to plan a trip there one day in the near future!

I ordered their catalog and seed last year. I LOVED it! They are so good and honest and their catalog is beautiful. I love the huge photos, comments on the seed, the stories and that they are doing such good for our world. I wish they carried fruit trees but maybe one day, and I wish they carried wild herb seed, not just the kitchen garden seed. Last year I planted a bunch of new varieties and thanks to some helpful livestock, my markers were lost. So I took the catalog out there and figured it out fairly quickly. The plants were so huge, you could only see my 8 year olds' head above the leaves. And an FFA son entered a bunch of squash, different varieties in the fair and won 5 ribbons, out of 6 squash, that is really great.

I know. I am hungry for salad and fresh veggies. I am going to order some seeds from them, I got some from Tina Michelle, and I need to order a few more from her. I also got some organic seeds from Gardens Alive. I just need someone to help me make sure my garden is ready to plant.

Now I have the fun of figuring out what to get with my seed budget! There are so many choices. Those tomatoes with the purple tops are amazing and the sweet chocolate peppers look great. Oh, decisions, decisions.....wish I could get them all, but I have to start small.

Still no catalog. It's March? So, I guess I won't get one...sad, that I won't get to peruse and see what sort of lovely Sweet Peas they have, but that's ok. There are other places to buy seeds!
